Tempo Plastics, Ltd, located in Ontario, Canada is one of the largest manufacturers of printed plastic bags in North America. These are the type bags you get in grocery stores and retail stores every day.

The printing equipment uses steel print rollers which are stored on moveable carts located in all parts of the plant. As with so many situations in which we get involved, the print roller carts were being pushed from place to place by hand; raising worker safety issues under Canada's equivalent of OSHA.

The photo on the right shows a typical roller cart with the print rollers resting in brackets. The yellow drawing shows the point where our lifting lugs would be attached to the frame.

On the left is a portion of the lifting lugs we fabricated and zinc plated for shipment to Tempo Plastics.
